Object Typography

This piece is done by Vladimir Koncar i like it because he uses the object he's talking about to construct the letters. I think its effective because it unusual and you can have lots of very interesting pieces of work using things such as petals, stones, sand, soil etc.

In our work my group was given a task to experiment in the style of Vladimir Koncar, we used sticks, pegs, playing card and legoto either create 1 word or a phrase that we thought would best suite the object. I think my favourite 2 pieces would have to be our sticks & playing cards because we thought of 2 really good saying that we could use for them, i also think that the playing cards worked well with the 'joke' because we had the joker cards suit side up with the others faced down.

We found it difficult to keep the pegs together but after we'd attached them all and made the letters it looked really effective especially as wse had all the different coloured pegs mixed together.
